Sales
Our activity depends solely on our clients needs – we can prepare brand new sales strategies for the already existing departments. We also deal with preparing strategies for new undertakings. However, if needed, we can modify already existing strategies as well. Our experience shows that quite often we should focus on modifying only certain parts of the business areas since other elements are correct. Our job then is to indicate what goes wrong and show the best solutions to improve it.
Our clients – often properly managing their businesses – expect improvement of some important sales parameters like: number of clients, sales profit, margin or they just wish to develop one of the activity fields. These are also our tasks. We rationalize current activities, checking very carefully sales operations. We underline, which tasks are correctly operated and don’t need any changes and at the same time we point to these activities, which need some changes, offering ready-made solutions.
Negotiations
Our Clients engaged in their current work, quite often even overloaded with this , mainly concentrate on their core business activity, i.e:

Our task is to work out the whole scope of activities, prepare the necessary documents, collect useful materials and information, prepare cooperation’s history, indicate development potential. We agree as to the business areas in which we can offer our help and we manage negotiation process, at the beginning with our clients’ assistance and later on without our clients’s presence.
